Laboratory testing confirms 3I series cases submersible

CRT Laboratories, Inc. (UL Registered ISO 9002 / ISO 17025 Compliant) recently concluded in independent laboratory tests that SKB’s 3I series cases are completely watertight, and fully submersible. Tom Parsons, general manager of CRT Laboratories recently completed testing on SKB’s 3I series cases in accordance with MIL-STD 810F sections 512.4 (immersion), 506.4 (Rain), and FED-STD 101 test method 5009.1 (leaks in containers) using the SPU-5000 testing tank. Results confirmed that the 3I series cases from SKB are truly water tight.

"Laboratory results have once again confirmed what our own in house testing has concluded,” reports Robert Wilkes, Vice President of Engineering and Product Development. “We test to standards more stringent than those found in the MIL-STD guidelines, to ensure that your valued contents receive the best protection available on the market.
